4. EFFECTS

Chemical properties

Preparation has a mild odor and unlimited solubility in water. In the recommended concentrations of the preparation pH close to neutral. Working solutions of the preparation harmless according to the treatment surfaces, including galvanized and chrome of iron, aluminum, plastics, rubber, glass, plexiglass, wood. The preparation has strong ability to decontaminate the current and waste water shall be allowed to wash product solutions in sewers. Bioluft is environmentally safe, does not pollute the environment after use decomposes into oxygen, water and lactic acid.

Antibacterial properties

Exhibits antimicrobial effect on gram-negative and gram-positive microflora: staphylococci, colibacteria, Salmonella, Proteus, Klebsiella, Pseudomonas, Campylobacter, klostri-Dee (Staphylococcus aureus, E.coli, Salmonella enteridis, Salmonella pullorum gallinarun, Proteus vulgaris, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Campylobacter jejuni, Clostridium perfringens), exhibits fungicidal activity in the yeast, candida and Aspergillus (Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Candida albicans, Aspergillus fumigatus), virucidal effects (DNA-and RNA-containing viruses - pathogens of Newcastle, Gumboro, Marek's disease, Teschen, circovirus infection, swine fever, respiratory reproductive syndrome, Aujeszky's disease, transmissible gastroenteritis, parainfluenza cattle, the viral diarrhea bovine leukosis, IBR) and antiprotozoal activity against coccidia (Eimeria tenella, Eimeria necatrix, Eimeria acervulina, Eimeria maxima). Resistance of microorganisms to the preparation is absent.

5. APPLICATION AREAS

For prevention, forced to wet and spray disinfection of premises, announcements and equipment for food processing industry, household and living on-premises, slaughterhouses, transportation facilities and equipment, subjected to veterinary supervision, animals and poultry facilities, water supply and desoldering, for refueling disinfectant barriers and disinfectant mats, for handling hatching eggs, disinfection in the presence of animals and birds.

5.1. DOSAGES AND METHODS OF DISINFECTION

Working solutions of the preparation:

• The solutions are suitable for use within 3 days,

• retains its activity in hard water,

• retains activity in the presence of organic matter (uneaten food, manure and others),

• used at temperatures ranging from 4° C to +30° C,

• safe for humans, animals and the environment.
Before disinfection mechanical cleaning of the premises is carried out under the local safety instructions.

Preparation is used by different disinfection methods:

Method irrigation: after mechanical pre-treatment and cleaning of surfaces and equipment to apply 0.1 -1.0% solution of the preparation by the spray rate of 100-400 ml / m², depending on the type of surface. Exposure lasts 10 - 30 minutes. On the surface thad does not contact with food, product residues can be not washed off.

Aerosol disinfection: before disinfection to seal an area where disinfection must be done (tight close of the window, doors, vents). Use a 10% solution by aerosol generators of cold mist with rate 10-15 liters per 1000 m³. After disinfection space can be used the next day.

Recharging disinfectant barriers and disinfectant mats: use 1-2% solution. Replenish or replace the solution of the preparation every three days, or according to drying or contamination.

Disinfection of pipelines and equipment for feeding animals: working solution of the preparation concentration of 1% pour in water and leave it in system for 6-8 hours. Water supply should not be sealed, because at the time of the preparation a gas is extracting, which can create excessive pressure in the system. After the disinfection system must be rinsed with water. For the preservation of water supply systems use a 0.03-0.05% solution of the preparation, leaving it up to the moment of putting the system into operation.

Handling of transport: spend 0.2 - 1.0% solution of the preparation by method of irrigation. Disinfection of food processing facilities, food and slaughterhouses: disinfection lasts according to this manual and the relevant standards and regulations in the food and food processing industries, observing the requirements of ISO 9001/22002 and HACCP.

5.4 WARNING

When working with the means and the solutions it is necessary to use personal protective equipment, goggles, universal respirator with a cartridge and the gloves of PVC. Forbidden to pour the concentrate into other containers. Preparation of working solutions must be carried out in a ventilated area, where the water is located. During the work with the disinfectant do not eat, drink or smoke. After working to wash hands and face with water. If getting in the eyes, they are washed with 2% with a solution of baking soda and plenty of water and to put in eyes sulfacile 33% solution of sodium sulfacile (albutsid), if hurts - 1-2% solution of novocaine. After contact with skin disinfectant should be washed out with a 2% solution of baking soda and plenty of water.

First aid if poisoning (getting inside human organism) disinfectant: need to drink 200 ml of a 2% solution of baking soda and a large amount of water to induct vomit and seek medical advice.
